How does the movie explore the idea/theme of sacrifice? 
I've watched this movie when it came to theaters and I thought it was such a good movie. I believe this movie shows sacrifice because you have to go through a loss or a hard point in life in order to succeed in life.


Are there different kinds of sacrifice in the movie? 
Yes, there was Thanos who sacrificed his adopted daughter in order to gain something for himself, but the members of avengers sacrificed their lives in order to save the universe. 


What role does it play in the movie? 
Sacrifice plays a main role in this movie. If there was no sacrifice the movie definitely wouldn't be as good and the theme would be very confusing.


What impact does it have on the characters?
Showing sacrifice in each of the characters shows that they all have a soft spot and makes the viewer feel like they know more about the character. Like how Thanos had to sacrifice something that he loved in order to get the soul stone. He wanted the power so badly that he had to go through the sacrifice of his adopted daughter to gain it.
